Selling tickets doesn't necessarily mean posting them for sale and hoping that they sell. At StubHub, you can remain actively engaged with your listings to help make sure they sell. You can view the status of your listings and make changes to your active listings at any time. For example, if the event is just days away and your tickets still haven't sold, you might consider adjusting the sale price.
To edit and keep track of your listings:
Your listings are divided into several categories:
If your tickets haven't sold and the event date is approaching, you might consider adjusting the sale price of your tickets. You can edit the price in your listing at any time until a buyer selects your tickets for purchase.
To change the sale price of your listed tickets:
If you're changing a listing that is selling at a fixed price, enter the new price in the Price column of the listing you wish to change and click the Save Your Price button. That's it! Your new price is immediately reflected in your ticket listing.
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information in your listings. Always double-check the information in your listing before posting it to the website. However, if you've made a mistake, you can modify the information in your listing at any time until a buyer selects your tickets for purchase.
To change the section, row, and seat information in your listing:
You may choose not to reveal specific seat numbers by selecting Hide Specific Seat Numbers From Buyers, keeping in mind that all tickets must be for seats that are together (unless noted).
Very Important: If you list a quantity of tickets for which the seats are not together, or if the tickets are indicated by the venue as limited, obstructed, or partial view, this information must be noted in the Comments field of the ticket listing. If not, the buyer may cancel the sale and you will be held liable for additional charges we incur to satisfy the buyer under the terms of our FanProtect™ Buyer's Guarantee.
Limit your comments to pertinent information about your tickets, such as:
Do not post comments such as:
Do not post false, inaccurate, misleading, obscene, defamatory, or fraudulent information.
Warning: Listings that do not conform to these standards may be removed without notification. If a buyer purchases tickets from a listing containing inaccurate information, the buyer may cancel the sale and you will be held liable for additional charges we incur to satisfy the buyer under the terms of our FanProtect™ Buyer's Guarantee.
You can deactivate or delete your ticket listing as long as they have not been selected by a buyer for purchase or, if you listed your tickets in an auction-style sale, as long as there are no bids on your tickets.
To deactivate or delete tickets you've listed:
If you've chosen to deactivate the listing, the listing is moved to your account's Inactive Listings. If you've chosen to delete the listing, the listing is moved from Active Listings to Deleted Listings.
Note: Once you've deleted a listing, you cannot re-list it. If there's any chance you'll want to re-list your tickets, we recommend that you deactivate the listing, rather than delete it.
If you've deleted a listing in error and need to re-list it, you can save some steps by using the Sell Similar feature. When you use the Sell Similar feature, much of the information in your listing is automatically filled in with information from your previous listing. For more information, read about Listing Similar Sets of Tickets for the Same Event.
If you've changed your mind or deactivated a listing in error, you can reactivate the listing. You cannot reactivate deleted listings, listings for past events, or listings for events that have been canceled or rescheduled.
To reactivate a ticket listing:
The listing is reactivated and moved to your account's Active Listings.
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information in your listings. Always double-check the information in your listing before posting it to the website. However, if you';ve made a mistake, you can delete, deactivate, or modify your listing at any time until a buyer selects your tickets for purchase or, if you've listed the tickets in an auction, until a bid has been placed on the tickets.
If you've listed tickets in error, or you've listed the wrong tickets, you can delete, deactivate, or modify the listing to correct the problem. To delete or deactivate a ticket listing, read about Removing Your Listings.
If you choose to modify your ticket listing, you may choose not to reveal specific seat numbers by selecting Hide Specific Seat Numbers From Buyers, keeping in mind that all tickets must be for seats that are together unless noted.
Very Important: If you list a quantity of tickets for which the seats are not together, or if the tickets are indicated by the venue as limited, obstructed, or partial view, this information must be noted in the Comments field of the ticket listing.
