If the event is more than 3 days away, FedEx will deliver your tickets. We ship within the United States and Canada only and we guarantee your shipment will arrive in time for the event. If you live in Canada, we will only accept your order if there is enough time for your shipment to clear Customs and arrive in time for the event.
Note: Packages shipped to a U.S. residential address may be delivered without requiring a signature. FedEx requires signatures for Canadian deliveries. Please be aware of the expected delivery date and plan accordingly.
In most cases, if you purchase tickets within three days of the event date, you will pick up your tickets at a Last Minute Service Center before the event starts. We'll give you the pick-up time, address, and directions to the pick-up location before you place your order and again when we send your confirmation email. Choosing Shipping Options
When purchasing tickets that will be shipped to you, you may have a choice of shipping options. The shipping option you choose will affect how quickly the tickets will reach you once the seller ships them. Your choice of shipping option does not determine when a seller will ship the tickets. In some cases, sellers cannot ship immediately because the tickets are not yet printed or in their possession.
For example, if you choose FedEx Priority Overnight, you will get your tickets one business day after the seller ships them, but not necessarily one business day after you place your order. Remember, no matter which shipping option you choose, we guarantee your tickets will arrive in time for the event.

We use FedEx so we can track all shipments to ensure that sellers ship tickets on time and that buyers get them in time for their events. From the moment you place your order, we’re watching closely to make sure the exchange goes smoothly – and we don’t pay the seller until we’ve confirmed delivery.
Shipping and Handling Fees
Shipping fees range from $11.95 to $24.95, depending upon where and how quickly your tickets are being shipped.
If you are picking up tickets on the day of the event, there is a $15.00 handling fee to help cover the expense of operating the Last Minute Service Centers.
To ensure the successful delivery of your tickets, carefully review your shipping information before completing a purchase. If, after you've placed an order, you need to change the shipping address you provided, give us a call at 1.866.STUBHUB (1.866.788.2482) as soon as possible.
Important: Once your package is shipped, FedEx may take an additional 3 days to reroute your shipment. We cannot guarantee delivery times when rerouting packages after they have been shipped.
FedEx delivers to business and residential addresses but not to P.O. boxes. FedEx does not deliver StubHub packages on Saturdays, Sundays, or certain holidays.
If you are visiting from outside the U.S. or Canada, please call 1.866.STUBHUB (1.866.788.2482) and give us the address at which you'll be staying during your visit and the dates you'll be at that address.

We guarantee that you'll receive your tickets in time for the event or you will receive a full refund. For more information, read about the StubHub FanProtect™ Guarantee.
When the seller confirms your order, we'll send you an email to let you know. Included in the email will be a FedEx tracking number you can use to track the shipment.
Click the FedEx link in your email to open the FedEx website and track your package.
Note: Until the seller ships your package and it is entered into the FedEx tracking system, this tracking number will not work (and may contain inaccurate information). If you see inaccurate information for your tracking number, wait a while and check again, to give your package time to be entered into the system.

With Last Minute Services, you can purchase tickets for select events at StubHub right up until event time. When you buy tickets at the last minute, you'll pick up your tickets at a Last Minute Service Center.
To make this service possible, there is a $15.00 handling fee for Last Minute Service orders.
Important: When visiting a Last Minute Service Center, bring your StubHub Order Number or confirmation email, a valid photo I.D., and the credit card you used when you purchased your tickets.

We've listed the Last Minute Service Centers with permanent addresses. To provide ticket pick-up as close to the venues as possible, the locations of the other pick-up locations vary, depending upon the events and venues.

Last Minute Pick-up Hours
In most cases, the Last Minute Service Centers open 2 hours before the start of an event and stay open until the event begins. You can pick up your tickets any time during this 2-hour period.
Note: Early pick-up is not available. In the rare case that early pick-up is available for your event, we will send you an email with your early pick-up options.
Can someone else pick them up for me?

Last Minute Services for buyers and sellers in the StubHub marketplace are provided by Last Minute Transactions, Inc., a StubHub affiliate that owns and operates the Last Minute Service Centers.

Need your tickets right away? In certain markets and for certain events, you can use the QuickTix feature to receive your tickets by email. Your tickets will be emailed to the email address associated with your StubHub account.
In addition to the 10% buyer commission, we charge a $10 fee for using QuickTix (and waive all other shipping and handling charges).

When you'll get your tickets:Don't have time to pick up your tickets? If you're buying tickets at the last minute and you live in the New York area, you can use the courier service to have your tickets delivered right to your door.
Tickets are guaranteed to arrive by 4:00 p.m. the day of the event (for evening events) and by 4:00 p.m. the day before the event (for daytime events).
